Haji Bilal the offender of the 2002 Godhra Case massacre has been facing some health issues from the past few years and died today at a hospital in Vadodara on Friday due to the health issues that he has been facing for the last some years.
ABOUT THE INCIDENT
This tragic incident have taken place in the massacre of the Sabarmati train in the case of Godhra, which has happened because the people of Muslim community have put fire on the train and because of this around 90 people have died on the spot among which maximum people were from Hindu community.
PUNISHMENT GIVEN TO THE OFFENDER
The main offender of the Godhra case naming Haji Bilal was given a lifetime imprisonment as a punishment for the crime he has done.
INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE ACP
The ACP of Gujarat has informed that he was hospitalized on 22nd of November in SSG hospital, from the last 3-4 years he is in this poor health condition and was given oxygen support also and finally died in the morning today. His family was also given the information about his death and has reached there. The postmortem process of his body is still going on.
