An FIR has been filed against the lawmaker of former Congress named Asim Mohammad Khan for abusing and assaulting the on duty Municipal staff corporation.

Delhi police have given the information that on 27th November 2021 they have arrested the lawmaker of former congress for abusing the municipal staff corporation and for inhibiting the work done by the government employees in the Shaheen Bagh area of the national capital.
At Shaheen Bagh police station a case is registered against Asim Mohammad Khan under sections 186, 353, 332 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
