A few days ago news came out that Virat Kohli has stepped down from the post of the captain of team India’s ODI which has now become the most discussed topic of the cricket union all over the country. Rohit Sharma was replaced with Virat Kohli as the captain of the team.
This decision was taken by the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Thursday. Sourav Ganguly the president of the Board of control for cricket in India has given his first reaction to this massive change in the team of Indian cricket by saying that the board and selectors have taken the decision together to appoint Rohit the opener of the Indian Cricket team as Indian Cricket team’s ODI captain. He also added they have discussed with Virat before taking the decision.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has also requested Virat to change his decision of resigning the post of Team India’s ODI captain but he did not agree to them. And then the selectors have taken a decision that it was not right to have two captains for the same team and at last, they replaced Virat Kohli with Rohit Sharma.
