A drastic incident happened on 3rd October in Lakhimpur kheri district at a village named Banbirpur near Tikunia.
A special investigation team has been investigating the Kheri case is suspecting that this incident might be a planned conspiracy for killing the farmers who were protesting against the three farm laws launched by the government.
During this incident, a total of four farmers along with a journalist were crushed with an SUV in Lakhimpur while they were protesting against the visit of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya for the farm laws imposed on the farmers.
Two FIR has been filed in the Lakhimpur police station against the case, one FIR has been filed by the family of the deceased farmers of the incident while the other was filed by a BJP worker in Lakhimpur.
Accused of The Incident
Sumit Jaiswal was seen running from the SUV which had hit the farmers and was arrested by the police as an accused of the case whereas the son of the Union Minister Ashish Mishra is the main accused of the Lakhimpur Kheri Case.
