The state of Manipur launches new guidelines to control the spread of Omicron

After the state of Manipur has recorded its first Omicron patient on 27th of December 2021 at the Imphal district of the state. The Government authorities of Manipur have taken a decision to impose curfew in the state for the purpose of having a control over the spreading of Omicron.

Guidelines brought by the Chief Secretary of the state

In accordance with the increasing rate of Omicron positive patients throughout the country. Rajesh Kumar the Chief Secretary of the state and also the chairman of the state disaster management authority have brought some new guidelines for the locals to follow. As after lots of precautionary measures taken by the government authorities of the country the spread of this new strain of Virus is not coming under control.  The people must have to follow the rules made by the government for the purpose of protecting themselves from the hand of this dangerous virus.

Sites where the government has imposed restrictions

According to the guidelines released by the Chief Secretary of the state, all kinds of music concerts along with the outdoor celebrations and also the places where people used to gather for the purpose of celebrating the eve of New Year were restricted to control the spreading of this new virus.
