In accordance with the increasing COVID tally of the country the Gujarat High Court has released a statement featuring the decision taken by them to ban the entry of disputant Public in the Court Premises which will decrease the probability of the individuals involved in the court to get Omicron affected.
Know what is written on the statement passed by the High Court of Gujarat
“ It is hereby informed to all the concerned that in view of the present pandemic situation, following directions have been issued by the Chief Justice on the recommendation of the Standard Operation Procedure Committee constituted to be effective from January 5, 2022, for the said purpose”.
Only the individuals along with the persons who were involved in a particular case will be allowed to enter in the Court Premises but only after producing a Covid negative certificate which was issued 48 hours before the date of hearing.
The Canteen of the Court Premises were also closed, and the screening of the persons which will enter the Court premises has been made mandatory and only the persons who will be found asymptomatic during the screening will be allowed to enter in the Court Premises.
