Weekend Curfew imposed on Jammu & Kashmir by the state Government

As the number of COVID positive patients in the country has again started increasing, the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir has taken a decision to impose complete restrictions on citizens of the state during the weekends.

Reports given by the Disaster management of the state

This decision was taken by the government as a total number of 2,456 new fresh cases of COVID was detected in the Union Territory on Friday which is the highest recorded in a gap of one day since the pandemic began. The Department of Disaster management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction of the state reported.

Precautionary measures taken by the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir

The events where usually people used to gather like marriages and other celebrations were allowed to have only 25 people whereas only 25 people who have taken their vaccination were allowed to gather in the Banquet halls with a negative RT – PCR Report taken 72 hours before.

The Government has also ordered the District Magistrates to look over the people on a daily basis to check if they were following the rules or not and also asked them to submit a report on the same.

Imran Khan launched the first-ever National Security Policy of Country Pakistan

According to the Information collected from the reporters, Imran Khan who was currently ruling the Country as he was elected as the Prime Minister of the Country by the Citizens has taken a very huge step towards the Security of its Nation.

On Friday that is on 14th of November 2022 Imran Khan has launched the first ever National Security Police of the state whose purpose will be to defend the Country’s National Integrity and Sovereignty at any costs by using all the elements of the National Power.

The main aim of this National Security Police launched by the Country is to discourage war with any other countries which will create peace in the entire country.

National Security Policy in its major Guidelines

“Deter war through all elements of national power, while exercising our right to self-defence if war is imposed.”

 The NSP also stated that they will be able to protect the Territorial Integrity of Pakistan only if they will have the Conventional capability and Full spectrum deterrence.

NSP mentioned “ Deter any aggression by maintaining a cost-effective and adaptive military focused on modernization and optimisation of force structures to ensure adequate conventional capability and maintain full spectrum deterrence within the precincts of credible minimum nuclear deterrence, without getting involved in an arms race,”

The candidates of the first three phases of Uttar Pradesh Election will be announced by the BJP Government on 15th January

According to the information collected from the reports given by the reporters, On Saturday that is on 15th January 2022 the Bharatiya Janata Party which is the ruling party of the present days will conduct a meeting at Delhi for the purpose of announcing the name of the candidates of the first three phases of the Election of Uttar Pradesh.

As per the reports in today’s meeting the Election commission will also decide if they have to lengthen the ban they have imposed on the election rallies due to the increase in the number of the COVID positive patients in the whole country.

The Election commission has already announced the date of the Assembly polls of the five states earlier along with the banning of the election rallies. As per the decision of the Election Commission, the elections in the five states of the country will be held in seven phases from 10th of February to 7th of March meanwhile the Assembly polls of Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Goa will occur in a single phase on 14th of February whereas the polls of Manipur will be held in two phases on 27th of February and 3rd of March and the Voting of the state Uttar Pradesh will held in seven phases that is between 10th February and 7th March.

Gujarat High Court asks for the report of Effluent Treatment Plants

According to the reports given by the news agencies, information was obtained that the High Court of Gujarat had asked for the reports based on the present condition of the Effluent Treatment Parks.

The High Court has taken this decision after hearing the news that Suo Motu Public interest Litigation has been planning to tackle the issue of the river of pollution of Sabarmati located in Ahmedabad.

The court has imposed four main directives for the teams of Municipal Corporation on 7th Of January 2022 which they will follow while collecting the reports of the Effluent Treatment Parks.

1.       The Ahmedabad municipal corporation and the Gujarat Pollution Control along with the Court constituting of the Joint Task force were directed to taken on the Investigation of all the Effluent Treatment Parks of the Textile Industries who have moved prior to the situation when the Gujarat High Court seeks relief after their units has shut down due to the Non adherence to the pollution norms.

2.       The teams must have to submit the report of the present condition of the Effluent Treatment Parks before the date of the next hearing of the Court

3.       The next hearing of the Court is scheduled on 21st January 2022

4.       The Gujarat Pollution Control Board was also directed by the high court to look after the proposal made by the Arvind LTD with regard to the use of Zero Liquid Discharge Technique of Water Treatment.

Astronomers discovered a planet which shape is like a potato

According to the information collected from the reports given by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, astronomers have discovered a planet in the solar system which resembles the shape of a potato.

The astronomers confirmed that the potato-shaped planet is present in the Constellation Hercules of the solar system and was named WASP – 103b, the distance of the planet from the solar system where millions of stars and planets exist which are yet to be discovered was about 1,800 light years.

According to the reports given by the news agency AFP the planet WASP – 103b was far closer to its star WASP 103, the distance between the planet and its star is almost 50 times closer than the distance of the earth from the sun, the reports also confirmed that the planet needs only a period of 22 hours to complete its one cycle which is much lower as compare to the time taken by the Earth as it takes 365 days to complete one revolution.
