According to the news published today our country has reported a huge fall in the increasing COVID positive patients in the last 24 hours. On Monday the country had recorded around 6,563 new fresh cases of COVID all over the country meanwhile on Tuesday a number of 5,326 new cases were recorded in the country that means around a fall of 1000 patients was seen in the last 24 hours.

This drop down of the increasing COVID positive patients has recorded in the middle of the increase in the numbers of the patients affected by the new highly transmissible virus named Omicron.

Till now the country has recorded around 170 Omicron cases, which is really a significant matter to get worried about as the Government has taken all the necessary precautions at the beginning when only one Omicron patient was detected in the country but even after all this efforts it has raised up to a number of 170 and so the people of the country have to be highly careful as this virus is also highly transmissible.

Jobs for Transgenders can apply in Karnataka police

A new beginning for the Transgender Karnataka police is all set to recruit 8 Transgender for special posts : After a long time, a government association has thought for working for the welfare of the transgender the only individuals who were neglected by the people all over the country from the beginning.

It might be a new beginning for the transgenders as the government of Karnataka has opened the doors for them to get a government job as the governing authority of Karnataka has taken a decision for recruiting 8 Transgenders at special posts of Police like the Special Reserve Sub Inspectors and Scene of Crime officers.

According to the reports published by the Times of India, the Additional director general of police has made a statement that out of the 70 posts available 5 posts are reserved for transgenders. The eligible individuals who want to apply for the posts should have to submit their applications online before January 18.

The transgenders who were left with no identity till now were now in a way to get their identity and will also be able to gain respect by their utmost dedication towards their work as along with the Karnataka Government the Forensic science Laboratory has also launched applications for the scene of crime officers with three reserved seats for the transgenders.

The Prime Minister’s office has also mentioned that PM Narendra Modi is going to provide an amount of 1000 crore in the accounts of the members of Self Help Groups or SHGs which is going to benefit a number of 16 lakh women all over the country.

This decision of transferring an amount to the members of SHG groups is taken under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural livelihood mission.
