On Tuesday, November 30 the leader of Congress Party and MP of Rajya Sabha P Chidambaram censures PM Narendra Modi by saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s assurance of debates on any issue in the Winter Session of The Parliament is a joke because the Farm Laws were withdrawn without a debate in the Winter Session of The Parliament.
P Chidambaram’s tweet :
(On the eve of the Parliament session, the Prime Minister offered to debate “any issue” On the first day and on the first item of business, the farm bills were repealed without a debate!)
He also added that when the two sides of the parliament do not agree with the decision the bills were passed without a debate whereas when two sides of the parliament agree the bills were withdrawn without a debate and according to the thoughts of P Chidambaram it was totally illegal.
On 29th of November 2021 the bill of the farm laws repeal was passed in Rajya Sabha on Monday. This farm law repeal bill was one among the 26 bills that will be noted during the winter session of the parliament.
