New Delhi : The Chinese President Xi Jinping commanded his troops to be “prepare for the war”, according to the state news agency Xinhua report. A state of high alert should be maintained by the troops. Xinhua quoted “Put all your mind, body, and energy into the preparation of war.
In his visit to Marine Corps in Chaohou city, the president said that the troops should be absolutely pure, loyal, and reliable. According to the sources, Xinping’s remarks were not directly hitting India, even though the commandment came amid the dispute in Ladakh.
This remark can be made about the passage of US Navy Warship through the strait of Taiwan- the sensitive area of China’s concern. The relation of Beijing and Washington are traditionally prickly, escalated in the COVID outbreak and the open support of US to Taiwan, trying to increase the influence in the area of Indo-Pacific.
US President made numerous references to COVID break from Wuhan city and blamed China for its outbreak. In the recent Quad meeting- the major Indo-Pacific democracies of India, US, Australia, and Japan – the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (US) said, the crisis has been started from Wuhan and made worst by the Chinese Communist Party.
The state secretary said “we will resolve the sovereignty and freedoms of the diverse nations to protect them from the Chinese Communist Party’s exploitation, coercion, and corruption. We have seen the same in South & East China seas, Himalayas, Hong Kong, Taiwan Strait— these are just a few of the examples, he added.
