Medical Experts recommends Hyderabad Lockdown, Decisions will come in 3-4 Days

Hyderabad (India): Once again Hyderabad will be placed under the lockdown in order to slow down the spread of coronavirus. This decisions came by the medical experts and the decisions will come in three to four days. This statement is said by the Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao, on Sunday. The Chief Minister also said that there is no need to panic about the rising number of the pandemic and all the arrangements have been done to offer the treatment for the poor.

“Medical departments and the health departments have made proposals and the reinforcement of lockdown in Hyderabad is good, but the re-imposition of lockdown would be a very major decision”. This is the official statement of the Chief Minister’s Office.

Hyderabad has reported a severe increase in the cases of coronavirus crossing the mark of 10,000, as the government has relaxed the curbs in the month of March as the part of Nation-wide lockdown. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) reported 888 of the 1087 new cases in Telangana.

The new decision of lockdown will be re-imposed strictly, KCR said and there will a day-long curfew with only two hours window to buy the essentials.

“Let us examine the situation for two to three days and the need demands, a cabinet meeting will be there to discuss the proposals for the lockdown and other alternative issues”, CM added.

This announcement comes from the CMO after a high-level review in the cases on Sunday and the treatment availability for the patients, the strategy to be implemented in the future related issues.

“On comparing the nation-wide average fatal rates in Telangana state is less and there is no need to fear. Necessary treatments is being given to the positive patients. We have also kept thousand beds ready in the private as well as government hospitals and the asymptomatic patients are given treatments in their homes as well”, Mr Rajendra, the Medical and Health Minister said.
