On Sunday the World Health Organization {WHO} gave the information that the newly discovered strain of COVID causing virus named Omicron which has already spread across 63 countries is found to be more transmissible than the previous strains like Delta.

The Agence France Presse has given the information that the World Health Organization has declared that this newly discovered strain of COVID causing virus has decreased the overall capability of the vaccine to fight against the virus and to strengthen the immunity of the affected.
Effect of this virus
This virus has severe symptoms but the effect of this infection is mild, as this virus is more transmissible the people all over the world can get more affected by these, but eventually it will decrease the death rate of the affected persons as the effect of these infections are mild and it will not cause any harmful effects to the health of the persons.
The people will have to take more necessary precautions by following the protocols set by the government authorities imposed on them for safeguarding them from these dangerous strains of the virus.
The government has launched travel rules at the international airports for the international flyers to check if they are Omicron Positive or not.
