Price drop in petrol diesel after Tax cut

This was for the very first time in India that the prices of petrol and diesel haven’t changed for a month in our country. The prices of petrol and diesel have remained the same from the time when the central government has taken a decision to cut down the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 5 and Rs 8.

 This is causing difficulties for the people of India as most of the people were facing difficulties in affording it due to such a high rate of petrol.

Rate of Fuels in Different States

The price of petrol in some metro cities of India has remained unchanged along with the declaration of the reduction of the central tax along with the value added tax of the state. The price of petrol in Delhi is Rs 95.41, whereas the price of petrol in Mumbai is fixed at Rs 109.98, price of petrol in Kolkata is Rs 104.67 and the price of petrol in Chennai is Rs 101.40 whereas the price of petrol in Ahmedabad is Rs 95.13 since the date.

The price of Diesel in Delhi is Rs 86.67, whereas in Kolkata the price of diesel was fixed at Rs 89.97 and the price of diesel in Madhya Pradesh cost Rs 90.87. The price of the fuels varies from state to state all over the country.
