The Supreme Court, the highest Civilian Court of the Country has given approval for the hearing of the Dharma Sansad Hate Speech Case.
The Dharam Sansad Hate Speech case refers to the incident that has happened in a function organized by the Hindutva Leader Yati Narsinghanand at Haridwar located at Uttarakhand where anti Muslim statements were delivered to a huge gathering of Hindu’s.

Kapil Sibal the senior advocate have told the Supreme Court that the issue of the Hate Speech of Dharam Sansad was Very Dangerous He also said “An FIR has been registered but no action or arrest has been made so far,” I request the Supreme Court to take cognizance of the matter,”
Many of the Hindu Leaders who were included in the gathering of Haridwar have requested the community to take a stand against the Muslim community as they have given a clarion call for the Hindu nation.
During the religious assembly held at Haridwar of Uttarakhand various provocative and communal speeches were made against minority communities.
