
Udupi, Karnataka – In a major move against illegal drug trafficking, police in Udupi have successfully seized a hefty stash of ganja (cannabis), weighing in at around 65 kilograms, from Kadekaru village. The street value of these drugs is estimated to be between ₹30-50 lakh, delivering a significant blow to the local narcotics trade.

Acting on a tip off, local law enforcement launched a focused operation that resulted in the interception of this illegal shipment. During the raid, two suspects were taken into custody. Along with the ganja, authorities also seized a truck and several other items connected to the drug operation, all of which are now part of the ongoing investigation.
