The congress party leaders of Karnataka got embarrassed in the last month when they were caught live in a recording when two of its members were discussing the alleged corruption done by the chief state unit DK Shivakumar.

Mr Shivakumar and ex-Chief Minister Siddaramaiah were the two leaders who were caught live by the recording on 31st of October at a program organized at the death anniversary of late former prime minister Indira Gandhi in Bengaluru.

The video has captured Mr. Siddaramaiah inquiring about the absence of the picture of first deputy Prime Minister Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel who was born on the same day when the former prime minister named Indira Gandhi was killed at her residence by the assassinators naming Satwant Singh and Beant Singh. This incident has happened a century earlier.
In a reply to his queries, he got the answer that the authorities have never kept the photo of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel on the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Mr. Siddaramaiah then shows concern about the denigration of BJP. As a response to the queries of Mr. Siddaramaiah Mr. Shivakumar has commanded his staff to also add a photo of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel.
